Kitchen Tips-Pressure Cooking Explained

Pressure cookers can be awesome. I do a lot of canning, and to make sure that the food is safe, I have to use a stove top pressure cooker because these types of cookers shown in the video (I have one of these as well) will not reach a high enough pressure to do safe canning at my altitude.
However, I use my pressure cooker like this one to do roasts, pinto beans, it's just amazing how quickly everything cooks and how tender it is. I highly recommend purchasing one if you don't have one. I made ribs in mine this weekend. Holy cow yummy!!
